The store
Furrows & Co. is a South African online store for pet accessories, operated via Shopify. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different from screen to screen. Pet accessories are intended for normal domestic use β please supervise your pets with any new item and check products regularly for wear.
Orders and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or listed in error.
Delivery
Delivery terms are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Return terms are in our Refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store β no attempts to breach security, place fraudulent orders, or copy our content for commercial use without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law, which always applies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
